Kiari Kendrell Cephus professionally named Rapper Offset – an American rapper and songwriter was born on the 14th of December 1991. One of the members of the hip hop and rock music trio Migos, beside his cousin Quavo and his cousin Takeoff. He is more an investor in Esports organization FaZe Clan.

Migos Rapper Offset was detained by officers with the Beverly Hills Police Department during a patrol stop the Saturday afternoon.
According to a police statement, they have got a report of someone pointing a gun from inside a vehicle. That person provided a license plate number to police, who held the vehicle soon after.
As the incident happened, Offset who is married to rapper Cardi B did a live-stream part of his interaction with police on Instagram Live. It is not so clear as to what happened before and after the video that was posted.
What was in the Video?
In that video, an officer is heard saying Offset “don’t move, man,” and “open the door,” as he arrives to attempt to open the door to the car.
The rapper answers, “No. That is not legal. That is not legal, you can not just open my door.”
The officer says, “Yeah I can,” and Offset answers, “No, you can’t.”
Then the officer spoke, “You need to come out of the car right now,” and Offset repeated several times, “You can not just open my door.”
Another officer is then seen in the video opening the door from the inside of the window before both officers unlock the door.
Offset got out of the vehicle and asked the officers why they are clutching his wrist before the video ends.
Police arrested a 20-year-old passenger and charged him with carrying a hidden weapon and a laden gun in public, a statement from BHPD posted Saturday night to Twitter said.
According to the Beverly Hills police, Offset, who was in the car, was restrained but was not arrested or charged.
