Dhvani was born in Mumbai to father Vinod Bhanushali, who is the President of Global Marketing and Media Publishing for T-Series and mother Rinku Bhanushali , who is a homemaker of this Gujarati family. She has a younger sister named Diya Bhanushali. Dhwani shares a very close bond with her sister as she is seen sharing pictures with her frequently on social media.
