Xbox One Controller is also known as Xbox One wireless controller. It is the primary controller for the Xbox One and the Fourth Generation Xbox series X and series S home videogame consoles. It has been also commercialized for its use in Windows and compatible with others also. The overall layout found in Xbox 360 controller is maintained by the Controller.
Layout
Four main face buttons, two shoulder bumpers, two analog triggers, two analog sticks, and a digital D-pad is included in the Xbox controller. The “start” and the “back” buttons are replaced by “Menu” and “view” buttons and a white backlit Xbox logo is added to the Guide button.
Design
With an investment of over $100 million, Microsoft has made for the development of controlling design and Xbox one. As the previous Xbox 360’s the design ie maintained in the controller. It has upgraded like the Xbox One Controller such as redesigned grips,a smoother build, and removal of battery components. It also contains a light-emitting sensor that allows it to be tracked and paired using Kinect Sensor and detect when it is not being held automatically enter a low powered stage. The Controller contains a micro USB port, enabling wired use of a controller with the console or with computers.
The analog sticks feature a new textured rim, while the D-pad was changed to use a more traditional four-way design rather than the circular eight-way design of the 360 controllers.
The design of the face button was revised to improve their legibility using a three-layer design consisting of a black background, colored letter, and a clear covering intended to make the letter appear to “hover” inside it.
2020 Revision in the Xbox
An updated revision of the Controller will be included with Xbox Series X and Series S upon their release in late 2020. The Xbox series X and series S controller is backward-compatible with existing Xbox one consoles.
Colors And Style of Xbox One Controller:
Other than standard colors “special” and “limited edition ” Xbox One Controller have also been sold by Microsoft with special Colors and designs.

The Xbox One Stereo Headset Adapter allows the use of a headset with 3.5mm headphone jacks with the original controller, which doesn’t include a 3.5mm jack.
