World War Z – Season 2 – Latest Updates and Reasons Listed – Tap to explore!!

World War Z – an American action terror movie with a screenplay by Matthew Michael Carnahan, Drew Goddard, and Damon Lindelof, and directed by Marc Forster, from a cover story by Carnahan and J. Michael Straczynski. It is based on the 2006 fiction by Max Brooks.

The storyline goes around like – A worldwide zombie brawl ejects in many metropolitan cities around the world; those attacked by the beings turn out zombies themselves within a fraction of seconds.

The film kept on postponing because of funds matters, and Brad Pitt was quite busy serving on other films. The world is now, enduring the deadly ongoing COVID-19 outbreak, and there is no chance that the production will begin as all the production is paused. The series of the film could get held again, and the audience is getting anxious.

The prime cause for the cancellation of the film is the taboo on all the zombies and ghosts that China’s government has proclaimed. Hence, as of now, we do not have news regarding the launch date.

The cast suspected to be in part II of the film includes –
James Badge Dale as Captain Speke,
Mireille Enos as Karin Lane,
Matthew Fox as Parajumpe, and
Brad Pitt as Gerry Lane.

The plot begins with Gerry Lane and Karin with their children. They will be stuck in heavy traffic when the area was attacked by those zombies. Anyhow, they succeeded in escaping the city while seeking to find a roof to stay safe. The story tells how they tried to endure while trying to find a way to put a finish to it. The plot for the upcoming sequel is not disclosed, but the fans are assuming it to be more appealing than the first one.

There is no official trailer for the sequel yet, as it is not renewed hitherto.

After gaining the huge success of World War Z, Paramount has announced the renewal of the continuation. He kept stating the delay in the making of the film due to certain conditions. In Feb 2019, after a few months of pre-production in all five countries, the next part was canceled due to some production concerns. But, the true reason for the cancellation is the ban on ghosts and zombie films in China.

Stay tuned!!
