Favorite model Poonam Pandey who is recognized by her audacious attitude has been arrested by the Mumbai Police at Marine Drive for breaking the ongoing novel coronavirus lockdown rule with her boyfriend.
There are some reports which suggest that, amid lockdown, Poonam Pandey was roaming outside with her boyfriend without any appropriate reason. That’s why for violating the lockdown rules, an FIR was filed against the ‘The Journey Of Karma’ actress at Marine Drive Police Station in Mumbai under IPC sections 269, 188, and 51 (B). It is also reported that the luxurious BMW car of the famous model has also been seized by the police.
One of our sources also stated that Mrityunjay Hiremath, who is senior police inspector has confirmed about this case to the most authentic media source PTI and asserted that a case had been registered against Pandey and Sam Ahmad Bombay (46) under sections 269 (Negligent act likely to spread infection of disease dangerous to life) and 188 (Disobedience of order duly promulgated by public servant) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and under provisions of the National Disaster Act,”
