Updates on DC’s Harley Quinn Show

It has been 2 months since season 2 of Harley Quinn came to a conclusion, and we still have no clue as to when the third season is set to come out. The good news is that since the show technically has not been canceled yet, the third season isn’t exactly a pipe dream. Quite a few Hollywood celebrities, including James Gunn who directed Suicide Squad, and Steven DeKnight, who created Spartacus, have expressed their love for the series on social media, which might hopefully be incentive enough for HBO to renew the show.

Here’s what we know about a potential third season for Harley Quinn so far.

Harley Quinn Release Date

Since the show hasn’t officially been renewed for a third season yet, the date of release is anyone’s guess. However, in the off chance that the people back at HBO do decide to renew the show, do not expect it to release anytime in the next year since all major studios have currently stopped production due to the pandemic. As for now, even a trailer would suffice, but so is not the case.

Harley Quinn Rumoured Plot

Season 2 ends with Harley and Ivy happily driving off into the sunset all whilst being chased by Jim Gordon and his men. Joker decides to settle down in the suburbs while still wanting to retain his status as a villain.

Season 3 may delve into Harley and Ivy’s beginning a relationship together, but quite possibly in prison. Harley by this time has realized she isn’t truly the villain she thought she was and season 3 might develop her character as an antihero
