Timothy Richard Tebow better known as Tim Tebow is an American professional baseball player in the New York Mets organization. He is also a former football quarterback and broadcaster. Tim played college football for the University of Florida. He helped Florida Gators win two BCS Championships. He was named the Heisman Trophy winner in 2007. He went to work as a television analyst before he focused on his baseball. In 2016 he signed a minor league contract with the New York Mets.

Tim received an athletic scholarship in 2006 to attend the University of Florida. Where he played for its famed football team, the Gators. He spends the initial year as a backup but later became the main player of the team that went on to win the BCS Championship. The following year Tim became the starting quarterback and won many awards. He won awards like the Heisman Trophy for the outstanding all-around player and the Davey O’Brien Award for the outstanding quarterback.
In the 2007 session, Tim made many records. Gators’ single-game QB rushing mark, SEC single-season records for rushing touchdowns and total touchdowns were the records made by Tim.
