The Walking Dead: What is in it’s story?

The Walking Dead was written by Frank Darabont, it is an American horror TV series. It’s story is based on the Comic Series of the same name ” The Walking Dead” written by Robert Kirkman, Tony Moore, and Charlie Adlard.

The series has many characters as survivors of a zombie apocalypse, who fight and try to stay alive from the constant lurking zombies all around.

The actors in the series are Andrew Lincoln as Rick Grimes, a police officer who gets shot, when he was on duty and gets up from a coma and finds the world filled and being ruled by the walking dead zombies. He gets ready to go out and find his family and meets some other survivors here and there. The title of the series is meant to the survivors, and not the actual zombies, but it can be taken both ways as zombies and survivors.

Summary

Zombies sense and go towards living humans and other creatures to eat them. They get attracted to noise, such as gunshots, and to different scents like humans. It is known that only humans that are bitten or scratched by zombies can turn into other zombies, it was told before in the series that all living humans carry the pathogen which can lead to the mutation. The mutation starts to work after the host is dead who has pathogens, and there is only one way to kill a walker, it is to damage its brain or destroy the body, such as by burying it.

The series is mainly based on sheriff’s deputy Rick Grimes, who gets up from a coma. While he was in a coma, the zombies took over the world. The deputy becomes the leader of a group of survivors who were from the Atlanta, Georgia, region as they try to survive and protect themselves, but not only against zombies attacks but by other groups of survivors who are willing to use do anything to survive from the apocalypse.

The series has 11 seasons, which initially started in 2010 and still continuing, but the eleventh season isn’t going to be aired anytime soon.
