What to expect from the game?
Obsidian seems to have their hands full at the moment with their game “Grounded” but it is estimated that a second part to the outer worlds could be in the making. Rough release dates for the next part of the game is sometime in 2022 or 2023.
The Outer Worlds is a single-player game that works mostly based on the choices the user makes. The choices made influence everything from side quests to character build and can even change the end of the game. The story of the game is set in an alternate reality when the player is on a colonist ship that gets lost on its journey. The ship was on a course to the furthest edge of the galaxy. After a few decades, the player wakes up, only to find out about a huge deep-lying conspiracy to destroy the entire colony of Halcyon. This leads to the character having to solve several mysteries and encounter several power-hungry factions.
What to expect from The Outer Worlds II?
The major criticism that the Outer Worlds received was that it was too short. The game had amazing graphics and immersive gameplay, but the just isn’t enough content in the game. To make up for this, it seems like a second part will release soon. With rough estimates suggesting the game could arrive sometime either in 2022 or in 2023 for all platforms.
