The Haunting of Hill House, which is an adaptation of a novel of the same title by Shirley Jackson, is ready to launch its brand new follow-up series with the name “The Haunting of Bly Manor.” The upcoming launch is based on Henry James’ ‘The Turn of the Screw’. Created by Mike Flanagan, The Haunting of Hill House has been critically acclaimed, especially for the fantastic performance by the cast and its brilliant cinematography. The response to the first season was so incredible that the makers had to make a come back with another part, maybe with the same cast but with absolutely different story-line.
The story revolves around a family- a husband, a wife, and their five children, who shift in their hill house in the summer of 1992. They wish to refurnish the existing home so that they can sell it and build their own.
What follows next is a severe turn of events, which leads them to experience plenty of psychic activities, leading to a terrible loss and them escaping from the house. Years later, the siblings and their alienated father meet again in response to another mishap. They are stuck in a situation where they need to speak about each of their experience in the Hill House.
