Flash has recently been renewed for its seventh season. The renewal didn’t make fans wait for long. Season 6 of Flash was released in October 2019, and the new season was renewed in January 2020. About The Flash
The Flash is an American superhero hero series based on the D.C. Comics character of the same name. The show is aired on the channel The CW. Flash is a superhero who fights crime with his power to move at superhuman speed. It was developed by Greg Berlanti, Andrew Kreisberg, and Geoff Johns.
The story is about a crime scene investigator named Barry Allen. As a result of an explosion in S.T.A.R. Labs, he gains superhuman speed. In addition to fighting crimes, he also hunts other meta-humans in the city as Flash, the superhero. Meanwhile, Flash solves the mystery of his mother’s murder. Subsequently, he finds out that the murderer was his mentor Harrison, in the face of Eobard Thawne. At the end of the first season, Eobard’s ancestor Eddie sacrifices himself to finish Eobard. Consequently, a gravitational singularity is opened in the process.
The further seasons follow the events after the singularity incident. Throughout the seasons, Barry creates Flashpoint, travels to the future, retrieves from the Speedforce, and meets his daughter from the future.
The fifth season focuses on Cicada, a serial killer. In the previous season, Barry and Iris discover that the crisis and Barry’s disappearance have moved to another date. They also realize that Flash has to die in order to save billions of lives. However, Barry survives the crisis. During all this, the multiverse is destroyed. At the end of season 6, the multiverse is shown to have rebirth. Flash and his team navigate the new post-crisis world. Also, Blackhole and Eva McCulloch are trapped in the Mirror dimension, planning to move ahead with their mysterious motives. Season seven will follow these events.
Release Date of The Flash Season 7
Season 7 of The Flash has been announced to release in January 2021. It will begin filming on October 1, 2020 and is scheduled to conclude by May 2021.The show was officially renewed on January 7, 2020. The official Twitter account of The Flash shared the new on the date of release.

Earlier in April 2020, The Flash star Gustin said there had been discussions about renewing the series for eighth and ninth seasons. However, those had to be stalled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Certainly, Gustin had initially signed the contract for seven seasons of The Flash.
