Stranger Things is an American science-fiction horror television series created by The Duffer Brothers, who served as the show runners, and executive producers along with Shawn Levy and Dan Cohen for Netflix. The series debuted on Netflix on 15 July 2016.
The series, Stranger Things is developed as a combination of the investigation drama alongside the supernatural elements, and 80s pop culture reference. The series has received worldwide recognition for its interesting plot, outstanding performances by the actors, brilliant direction, writing, and incredible soundtrack and atmosphere. Stranger Things has received many nominations and awards including Emmy Awards, Golden Globe Award, British Academy Television Awards, Guild of America Awards, Grammy Awards, and few others.
Will there be a fourth season of Stranger Things?
After a successful debut season in the year 2016, Stranger Things was renewed for its second season which was an instant within its first week of release. The eagerness and love for the third season made Netflix renewed it for another installment. In 2019, after a successful third season The Duffer Brothers announced that the fourth season is under production and there will be a fifth season as well which will be the end of the series.
Has the production started?
Recently, Netflix shared a BTS picture on its official Twitter account about the production of Stranger Things Season 4 which is a highly anticipated season of the series resuming the work. The filming for the fourth season was halted because of the pandemic outbreak of Covid-19. As the production has finally begun, we can expect the series to be out by the end of 2020, or maybe early in 2021.
