She is expecting her first child with husband Rio Ferdinan and is very much excited to become a mom. She took to her Instagram to post the cute picture which was taken by her nine years old stepdaughter Tia.

At the beginning of this month, Kate shared a picture in which she was looking amazing in a black bodycon dress with a simple black shoulder bag and a long cream suede coat, as she posed holding her growing baby.
