Come aboard for a new season of Star Trek that is Season 3. Team Star Trek has made an official announcement on 18th January 2019 that there is a new season in the pipeline which gave hope and pumped the viewers to be ready. The first season of the show had a hopeful start, but the series seemed to have lost its way in season 2. Producers and directors have a good chance with the upcoming season to leave a mark, but they will have to put a great effort to do the same.

New Aviation Plan:
As the story moves 930 years into the future, it becomes very different for Saru, Bernhama and rest of the crew to expect and handle the oncoming and same goes for the viewers. Secondly, the existence of the United Federation of Planets has become suspense about its functionality in the future. Burnham is seen doing a lot of research on the causes that lead them here. Another piece of change to be noticed is the flag of United Federation of Planets with only six stars now, which gives a direct idea that may be federation doesn’t exist in the future.
We will also come across a newly introduced character Cleveland Booker says to Burnham “You believe in ghosts” where he is referring to a Starfleet badge on the uniform which is a direct hint pointing towards the Starfleet’s becoming a part of Star Trek history.
According to Kurtzman, Booker, or ‘Book’ character will act as a rule bender this time. He also said that they are trying to use as many characters as possible, given much part of their lives for each other.
The show received some criticism from the audience that the material in the show is a bit dark for this kind of plot, which was answered by Frakes that new season has a got a lot more punch action and adventure.
