Star Trek: Discovery season 3 will make its release soon next month. The series premieres on CBS All Access network. This series is a spin-off of the Star-Trek franchise.
Recently, Star Trek: Discovery has dropped some new images of the characters that will feature in season 3. As they set into 930 years in the future, Michael Burnham (Sonequa Martin-Green) and Saru (Doug Jones) will make an interesting discovery. They will eventually learn that the Galaxy is hit a by a cataclysmic event which is called “The Burn” and the Federation is destroyed.
Star Trek: Discovery had debuted in September 2017 and season 2 was released on January 2019. The series is created by Bryan Fuller and Alex Kurtzman.
In the third season we will get to see that with the help of some new friends, the Discovery Team will once again build what is now left of the Galaxy.
As the season is set to air next month, Saru and Sylvia Tilly (Mary Wiseman) will appear in their futuristic spacesuit. It will also mark a new era for this federation.
Alex Kurtzman had said in an interview that “The intention is to have something Star Trek on the air all the time, but not necessarily on top of each other.”
We had seen the first view of Star Trek Discovery Season 3 in New York Comic Con on October 25, 2019. The series is going to make its release exactly a year after this event. The team had worked wisely from home to give the final touches to the series.

The date has been confirmed. Star Trek Discovery Season 3 is coming on CBS All Access on Thursday, October 15, 2020. The series was renewed for a third season right after the release of the second season in January 2019.

The ensemble cast is expected to return back to the series once again. These casts include:
- Michael Burnham in the role of Sonequa Martin-Green,
- Saru in the role of Doug Jones,
- Sylvia Tilly as Mary.
