Society is one of the most-watched series on Netflix. The series has been in controversy over the period. Some sources are saying Society Season 2 will release this year while others are opposing. In spite of renewing season 2, Netflix canceled it last month due to the current COVID crisis. The new season was in the final stage of pre-production. The filming was to start in March 2020 but after the 5 months delay, it was scrapped completely.
The audience will never see Kathryn Newton, Sean Berdy, and Gideon Adlon and the rest of the cast back in action whom they fall in love with.
In an interview, the creator revealed some of the storylines for season 2. He said one day he will reveal all the answers.”As for this next season, there were more answers to the question, why were the children of New Ham taken and how might they find their way home,” he said. He also mentioned that he would love to share the continuing story one day, all the scripts were written. He would need some time to figure out things and discuss this with Netflix.

Society is an American mystery teen drama web television series. Christopher Keyser is the creator of the series released in 2019 May on Netflix.
A story of a group of teenagers who were forced to run their own community after the rest of the population disappears from the town. Students of local high school return early from a canceled trip and finds that others have disappeared. This is the point where the mystery element gets added to the story. The town gets surrounded by a dense forest. They cannot connect with the outside world. Teenagers find new ways to survive with limited resources.

The Society Season 2 Plot
