After the film rush hour 3 released, there haven’t been any talks about the next sequence in the franchise of Rush Hour. It’s risky that the fourth movie will go into production this year, so the audience will be peeking at 2021 at the quickest for filming to start.
The rush hour is a series of American action- comedy films, directed by Brett Ratner and based on the characters created by Ross La Manna. With great success for its movie; they planned to produce an American television series which aired on March 31st 2016, and ended on 20th august 2016 on the CBS network. The popular team who is recognized for their crew in the movie as Chief inspector lee and detective James carter, the debut made in the year 1998 and followed to that, many sequences made to amuse the fans and also progressed popularity all over the world.
When will Rush Hour 4 smack the theatres?
In October 2017; the making of the fourth instalment was officially announced by our beloved martial master Jackie Chan where he agreed upon a script for it and all were waiting for an answer from Chris Tucker to sign up on the screenplay and stay still from filming. And in 2018 February tucker made his decision on the making of the fourth instalment of rush hour which is on board. In an interview, Tucker said “We’re working on a few things on the script right now, so we’re trying to get into production, but we’re working on it and trying to get it going. Jackie Chan wants to do it, I want to do it; the studio wants to do it so we’re trying to get it together”, and posted a picture of him and Jackie Chan which demonstrated the fourth instalment by expressing four fingers in the picture on Instagram; that confirmed the filming of the fourth instalment has been started.
Is it terminated or confirmed for the fourth movie?
Back in 2018; Tucker spoke about his schedule and talked about the fourth movie “a lot of different projects and hopefully, we’ll get something going real soon” this statement made the fans happy that somehow the movie will be out very soon as expected. Considering the current circumstance; we hope to see the filming will be happening after this crisis ends or maybe with protocols they might start. We can’t expect Brett Ratner to direct the fourth instalment of rush hour; as he has been alleged for sexual accusation in 2017.
