Fox has granted the wishes of Orville fans by renewing the series for a third season. Yes, Orville creators have given the official nod and confirmed the renewal of Orville season 3.
A few days back, Seth MacFarlane had reported in a meeting that after the colossal reaction from the Viewers in season one and two, the show will additionally move for its new season i.e., Orville Season 3
Lovers of the sho will happy to know that filming of Orville Season 3 has been started. So that they don’t need to wait for long the upcoming season. However, Seth also stated that Season will be released on Hulu, a very famous American Subscription platform. This time Fox TV will not premiere Season 3 for unknown reasons.

Orville Season 3 release date
The release date for Season 3 is still not specified by the network or the creators. This is due to ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, resulting in delays everywhere. But we can expect dropping the new season with 11 episodes on platforms by the end of 2020 or anytime in 2021.
However, the first season of Orville was premiered in September 2017, and the second season was published in December 2018.
