Coronavirus has lead to a world-wide shutdown which has also halt the phone launches and other tech events for a while. However, Chinese phone-maker OnePlus is all set to release its flagship phones for 2020 amidst COVID 19 outbreak.
There are reports which suggest that this tech giant is gearing up to launch OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro on April 14. The launch event of its flagship phones would be hosted online, only considering the deadly spread of COVID-19 pandemic. As per the report, the smartphone maker company will launch its latest phone via Livestream to OnePlus official website.
It is also rumored that along with this One Plus 8 series, Chinese tech would surprise its users with the launch of wireless earphones called the Bullets Wireless Z. One Plus upcoming flagship phone in 2020 is the follow-up to last year’s One Plus 7 phone, as reported.
It is also said that the features, specifications, prices, and designs were leaked before launch. Recently an image of One Plus (the latest series) was posted on Twitter and Weibo (Chinese social network) by Tipster Ishan Agarwal. He usually leaks much about the OnePlus 8 series in advance.
Ishan Agarwal also shared a list of specifications of the newest smartphone One Plus 8 and One Plus 8 pro, which states that these phones will be equipped with a new Snapdragon 865 chipset and is expected to offer 5G. It is also rumored that One Plus new flagships phones would have AMOLED panels, and 8GB or 12GB RAM memory options and 128GB or 256GB of UFS 3.0 storage option.
Besides this, the leaks about OnePlus 8 Pro is that it will feature four units at the back, including two 48-megapixel sensors with an 8-megapixel sensor and a 5-megapixel sensor too. It will also support a 16-megapixel camera at the front. The OnePlus 8, on the other hand, will have a 48-megapixel, an 8 megapixel, and a 2-megapixel camera on the back. Similar to OnePlus 8 Pro, the front camera of the OnePlus 8 will be of 16-megapixel.
