Ozark is an American crime drama web television series. It was liked by the critics with praise towards its tone, acting, directing, and writing. It also received many awards. It is considering all the award’s attention and critical acclaim its no surprise that the anticipation for Ozark season 4 is at an all-time high. Netflix has confirmed that the series will return for season 4 and it will be the final part. No official date of release has been announced so far.
The new season will have 14 episodes and will be split into two parts. “We’re so happy Netflix recognized the importance of giving Ozark more time to end the Byrdes’ saga right,” showrunner Chris Mundy said in a statement. He also added that it had been a great adventure for all of them both on and off-screen, and they are thrilled to bring it home in the most fulfilling way possible.
Before the news came of the final season, Mundy told a Hollywood reporter that the series was planned as five seasons. It could be four or seven that always seem good numbers to them. But he said there are people who hold positions bigger than him who makes the decision and it is finally confirmed that season 4 will be the final one and then they will be out.
Jason Batemanone of the cast added a supersize season means supersize problems for the family. He is excited to end with a bang.
