After getting amazed by the on aired three seasons of Stranger Things, Netizens are eagerly waiting for the next season. And they would be sad to know that their wait would be elongated as this has been confirmed by one of the cast, Natalia Dyer, who plays Nancy Wheeler.

She publically revealed that the production is paused due to ongoing global pandemic. Besides, she added that this delay would be worth waiting for the viewers as the writers are getting more peace and time to add some spices to the upcoming season.

“Normally, we get the first few scripts, and then they have to keep writing due to the schedule of it. It takes a while to craft a script. So, normally, there’s a kind of ‘writing as we’re going’, but it seems they’ve had enough time,” she told.

Those who don’t know, Stranger Things is a Television series created by Duffer Bros. It is an American science and fiction based horror series. It has been launched on NetFlix with its season 3. The show is produced by Shawn Levy, Dan Cohen, Cindy Holland, Brian Wright, Matt Thunell, Karl Gajdusek, Iain Paterson. The series premiered on 15 July 2016 on Netflix.

The series is set in the fictional rural town of Hawkins, Indiana, during early 1980. The creators developed the series as a mix of investigative drama by supernatural elements designed with horror, science fiction, and childlike sensibilities.

Stranger Things has attracted viewers on Netflix and has a separate fan base in viewers. It has received multiple awards like Primetime Emmy Award nominations, Golden Globe Award nominations, British Academy Television Award nomination, Directors Guild America Award nominations, Writers Guild America Award nominations, and Grammy Awards nominations.

Stranger Things has also won a 2 Screen Actors Guild Awards, 2 American Film Institute Awards, Critics’ Choice Television Award, and 3 People’s Choice Award, among others.

In September 2019, the series was renewed for a fourth season. The Duffer Brothers have said that Stranger Things is likely to end after its fifth season. Hence, we suggest that the upcoming season is worth waiting for.
