My hero Academia is considered as one of the best animes in the world right now. Boku no hero academia is the other name for the show. My Hero Academia season 5 was supposed to release late in 2020. However, the date has since been pushed back due to delays caused by the pandemic. The new release can be expected in early 2021 now. The show has 88 episodes out so far and each one is better than the last.
Masahiro Mukai directed the show. The show is a classic superhero story but with an extremely entertaining twist. Naruto was the inspiration for this series according to Kohei Horikoshi, the writer. The show is known for delivering consistent entertainment with characters. The personalities of the characters are also relatable to the viewers.
What can we expect from My Hero Academia season 5?
The show is about a world where everyone is born with a special power or “quirk”. These can range from hardening their body to manipulating elements like fire and water and more. Izuku Midoriya is the protagonist and has a strong sense of justice. He idolises a popular hero named All-Might. However, Izuku was also born with a quirk. When he charges in to fight a monster despite having to quirk, his life is changed. He did this to save his childhood friend Bakugo. One thing leads to another and he ends up getting the One-for-All quirk from All-Might. The All-Might had a serious injury from a previous fight and has retired. He decided to find the worthiest successor to become the next symbol of hope himself.
He eventually picks quirkless midoria and trains him to use the quirk as well. Midoria, further, gets into the most prestigious school for heroes called UA. The plot follows his unfortunate class 1-A. They constantly find themselves in the middle of several ongoing crime scenes. In season 5 we can expect to see character development for all the students in UA. And also the answers to several of our biggest questions. Some of them include what’s next for Togata or what happens to Eri now.
Daiki Yamashita as izuku Midoria, Nobuhiko Okamoto as Katsuki Bakugō, Yūki Kaji as Shōto Todoroki, Junichi Suwabe as Shōta Aizawa, Yasuhiro Takato as Nezu, Kenta Miyake as Toshinori Yagi is expected to feature in the show.
