Money Heist Season 5 has officially been confirmed on July 31st, the viewers of the hit show have also dealt an update about the future, as showrunners revealed that season 5 will be the last outing.
Netflix confirms for Money Heist Season 5:
Netflix has confirmed the upcoming series will be the “Fifth and Final part of La Casa De Papel”.
Creative and executive producer Alex Pina said: ‘We have spent almost a year thinking about how to break up the band.
“How to put the professor on the ropes.How to get into situations that are irreversible for many characters. The result will be shown in the fifth part of La Casa De Papel.
This will be the most epic and exciting season, the war reaches its most extreme levels.
The filming began on August 3rd in Denmark before its journey to Spain and Portugal. Earlier Netflix hasn’t announced anything officially about season 5 of the show including any indication of the date of release.
Season 1 of the show was released in May 2017 before the second part came out in October 2017.
The fans were left waiting for around 2 years before finally released on Netflix in the year 2019 with the fourth season following nine months later in this year.
This means similar might happen with season 5 and season 6 but based on the previous dates, viewers could be waiting until 2021 or 2022 to see more of the show.
