Money Heist season 5 to release in 2021? And will Rio and Tokyo get back together?

Good news for Money Heist fans, who have been waiting for its next season. As per the news sources, one of the top-ranking non-English TV shows on Netflix is returning for season 5. And, the season 5 will premiere sometime in 2021.

Money Heist (La Casa de Papel), will return for its final episode, the fifth chapter which will end this compelling series. On July, 31, Netflix had announced that the “heist will come to an end” with the fifth season.

The shooting of season 5 will be carried out in Portugal, Spain and Denmark. The final season will have a total of 10 episodes. The production of the fifth season had begun on August 3.

The production of the fifth season was called off on March 15, owing to the coronavirus pandemic. But now the cast and crew are actively involved in the production process following the robust safety protocols.

Season 5 will once again catch up with what the Professor and his team do the best, carry out the heist and war against the oppressive system creating a revolution. Season 4 had ended with a number of cliffhangers which will develop the plot of the upcoming season of Money Heist.
