Lucifer is the most liked urban fantasy television series which is developed by Tom Kapinos, and it was premiered on Fox in January 2016. Initially, for three seasons, it was aired on Fox, and later Netflix picked the series. Season 1 received mixed reviews from critics, but the other seasons were liked by the critics.
Brief Details About Lucifer Season 5 Part 2 –
Till now, 4 seasons have been aired, and half of season 5 also aired. Season 5 has a total of 16 episodes, which are divided into two parts. Each part will have 8 episodes each. The first part released in August 2020 and the second part was initially planned for the later part of 2020. But now, as per the update by Netflix, there will be a delay in the release of the second part. Now it will release in 2021, but the exact date has not been announced.
As per the Netflix update, most of the filming for the second part is done before the pandemic crisis. According to Tom Ellis, a lead cast, “We were about halfway through it. So we go back, we start with that, and then we go straight into season 6.”
The work on part 2 will resume in October 2020. There will be some reshoots as the series renewed for season 6 and the plot changes needed to keep the series going. Season 6 is also confirmed now as the series is set to shoot back to back.

It is based on the DC Comic character created by Neil Gaiman, Sam Keith, and Mike Dringenberg. It is taken from the comic book series The Sandman. DC Entertainment, Warner Bros, and Jerry Bruckheimer Television Television produced the series.
Lucifer Morningstar, the series revolves around who is a devil who abandons hell for Los Angeles. He runs his own night club. He also becomes a consultant to the LAPD.
