Lee min ho was born on 22nd June 1987 in heukseok dong, dongsak-gu, Seoul. His only ambition in childhood is to become a professional football player; even elected for the youth football class of South Korean manager and former experienced player Cha- Bum Kun; after an accident at 5th grade and compelled to settle and end his aspiration for football.
In his second year of high school, he turned to act while doing small parts in some series. He completed majors in film and arts at Konkuk University.
