A recent report has confirmed that country singer-songwriter’s daughter Katherine Williams-Dunning died Saturday night following a car crash in Tennessee.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol spokesman says Katherine Williams-Dunning was driving at the moment of the crash which took place at about 7:45 p.m. The SUV, which towed a boat, crossed and roll over the highway medium until it reached a stop on the shoulder.
Reports have confirmed that Williams-Dunning died in the crash, and her husband Tyler Dunning, rushed to the hospital following the car crash.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol spokesman interacted with the news sources and said that the investigation is ongoing, and more specifics will be made available later.
The country singer Sam Williams requested his fans and followers on Saturday night to pray for his sister and her husband, who have two young children together.
“My sister and brother in law have been in a terrible accident. Please pray for them so hard! Katie Williams and Tyler Dunning,” he wrote in one message on his page, which has since gone private.
We have reports that on Sunday, Singer Holly Williams paid tribute to Katherine Williams-Dunning and one of her statement while interacting with the media she shared that Williams-Dunning’s husband Tyler is out of danger and he is now awake and responding.
“I have no words. On Friday morning I talked the family into taking this picture and had no idea it would be our last together with my precious little sister Katie,” she wrote, alongside the family photo “We all went to my great aunts funeral on Thursday whom we all loved dearly, and now are faced with another one.”
“ALL we need is prayers. My daddy. My little brother. Katie’s husband (he is awake and responding don’t know injury extent yet). My niece and nephew. Her Mama. The Dunning family. All of us. So. Many. Prayers. Jesus is close. Thank you all 🙏🏼❤️ ” she added.
Williams-Dunning elder sister Hilary took the concern to one of the social media platforms and one of her posts over Twitter she wrote that her beautiful little sister will always be missed and that she will see her one day beyond the blue.
