Kakegurui is a Netflix original anime based on the manga of the same name. Much of the narrative is taken from the anime but some characters are there which are only exclusive to the series. MAPPA has done the animation and production of the series. The series is being liked by the audience and they are now wanting to see more. There is no official announcement from Netflix for the renewal of the series for season 3.

Hyakkaou Private Academy the story is set. It is a high-class elite school where Japan’s most wealthy and influential people children study. The student hierarchy is not determined by academic performance or athletic ability but by gambling. The monetary contribution student makes to the student council determine their rank. There is an intricate gambling system where students freely bet their fortune. They bet against one another after the class. The winners earn popularity and prestige and those who lose and fall into debts become slaves to the remaining of the student body. The pets who are unable to clear their debts by graduation they receive life schedules.
