Is Arthus still alive, as there’s always the chance that he could be broken out of the Arkham Hospital.
Unlike the Dark Knight series Arthus doesn’t seem the type to prepare a master plan. Instinct of him driven him for his actions and he only goes after Murray as he’s shown to be obsessive.

In his recent interview Phillips said that he didn’t ‘think we’re gonna make a Second film. because That’s what you do sometimes, he added.
