The season 4 of Designated Survivor has been officially cancelled, but the fans are still clutching on to their hopes for a sequel as they feel that the show can go on featuring Leo Kirkman’s son. Nonetheless, the series has come to an end with its third season. In the future, if some other network decides to create the fourth season, then there is a probability that the same cast will return.

Designated Survivor is an American political thriller show. The first episode aired on 21st September 2016, and the final episode released on 7th June 2019. This show is streaming in the giant OTT platform, Netflix.

After the third season of Designated Survivor had released, fans have been eagerly awaiting to see President Tom Kirkman once again on screen. Unfortunately, the show has ended with the third installment. The explanation is that the ending was justified and did not end with any suspense for the fourth season.
