- Stop smoking as it is unhealthy to your body as well as forms gas and increases in your digestive tract because while taking it each time, your mouth swallows excess air.
- Avoid having gas-related beverages such as Soda or beer as it causes bubbles in your body and eventually forms gas so farts happen. Chewing any gum also leads to the formation of gas, as every time you open your mouth to chew the gum so air will be swallowed in your mouth.
- Have your food in small quantities rather than eating as wholesome in a particular period, which will prevent you from farting.
