Byron Allen’s early life and his upbringing 

Allen was born to Carolyn Folk and his father(N/A) worked at Ford Motor Company in Detroit in 1961. 

As days passed his parents got divorced, thereby Byron went under his mother’s custody, Carolyn, who went to Los Angeles in 1968. Carolyn came to be a tour guide at NBC channel, which eventually provided her son remarkable access to the network.

Allen completed his schooling with a B grade then recognized by the University of Southern California and ultimately graduated from USC.

In September 2007 Allen got wedded to his love, a television producer Jennifer Lucas after dating for almost a year. The duo has three children in total, daughters named Chloe Ava Allen and Olivia Rose Allen were born in August 2008 and in April 2010 respectively.  

The couple has a son too, whose name is Lucas Byron Allen and he was born in December 2012.
