The main character of this epic Samurai game is Jin Sakai, and the players will adapt in his role. Jin Sakai is the last samurai who fights against the Mongol invasion in the year 1274. The battle takes place on the island of Tsushima, hence the name of the game Ghost of Tsushima.
Moreover, there is another character who remains to be a companion of Jin Sakai in the entire gameplay. She is Masako, who is a friend of Jin and helps him in preventing the monks from a burning temple. And, Masako is also a seasoned archer, but she turns on Jin while Jin tries to help the injured monks.

Ghost of Tsushima plot
The game conveys the story of historical fiction between the Mongols and Samurais in the year 1274. The Mongols land in Tsushima and decide to invade Japan. The Mongols have a massive army in comparison to the population of the Samurai warriors. However, the Samurai warriors don’t give up and try to fight back to reclaim their homeland.
And, as mentioned earlier, the players will fit into the shoes of the last Samurai warrior ‘Jin Sakai’ and fight against the invading Mongols.
