Dragon Prince has officially renewed for Season 4 by Netflix, making it one of the many shows that the streaming giant has recently renewed. The announcement was made on July 24 earlier this year at the virtual comic-con event.
The show is a fantasy web-animated series created for Netflix by Aaron Ehasz and Justin Richmond, produced by Wonderstorm and animated by Bardel Entertainment. The first season premiered on September 14, 2018.
The show has since released 3 highly appraised seasons, and here’s what we know about upcoming season 4.
Dragon Prince Season 4 Release Date
The official release date has not announced. Previously Netflix gave a hint that the release would be in May earlier this year, but delayed since the pandemic caused production to halt.
Synopsis
Set in the fictional magical land of Xadia, the story follows two princes who make an unusual friend – an elven killer who was sent to assassinate them. Together, they depart on an epic journey to bring harmony to their war-torn lands. They must battle a wide array of folks ranging from powerful warriors to ghastly monsters. The people can not utilise the enchantment power, so they use black magic for self-satisfaction.
With Viren now resurrected, season 4 will likely continue the conflict in Xadia.
Viren had previously acquired a strugglefare in restriction with the serpent lord of Xadia, but ends up fizzling killing the monster eggs with regards to murdering the mythical beast lord.
