Cable Girls is a period drama show, and the story revolves around four women’s working lives. Subsequently, the woman face of a lot of working pressure in the company and finally they decide to quit. Initially, you will be able to see how difficult it was for women to cope up with the hostile working atmosphere during the early 1920s in Spain. Further, their lives change after they decide to quit their jobs.
In Cable Girls Season 5, the story revolves around the Spanish War which happened between 1936 and 1939. In this season, Lydia gets to know that Sophia is enrolling herself to be a soldier in the Civil War. Sophia is the best friend of Lydia’s daughter. And, when Lydia gets to know it, she and her husband start searching for Sophia.
