Better Call Saul season 6 will premiere soon, finale will set up the story for Breaking Bad

Better Call Saul has been renewed by AMC for its final season which will lead to the events of Breaking Bad. Created by Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould, the show will finally put the light on Saul Goodman’s character which we had first met in Breaking Bad.

Showrunner Peter Gould takes this opportunity to thank the team and the fans of the show. He adds: “From day one of Better Call Saul, my dream was to tell the complete story of our complicated and compromised hero, Jimmy McGill — now AMC and Sony are making that dream come true”.

The fifth season of Better Call Saul had premiered on AMC on 23rd of February, 2020. Better Call Saul season 6 will happen soon, and here’s what you need to know about it.

When will season 6 of Better Call Saul release?

The production for the season had started early in February 2020. But it was brought to a halt immediately owing to COVID- 19.

Earlier the show was expected to premiere in February 2021. But now the release date will be delayed and we do not expect it to release before mid-2021 at least.

Who will return to Better Call Saul season 6?

The ensemble cast will gather once again for one final round. This will include

1)Bob Odenkirk as Jimmy McGill / Saul Goodman / Gene Takavic.
2)Rhea Seehorn will play Kim Wexler, 3)Jonathan Banks as Mike Ehrmantraut, 4)Giancarlo Esposito in the role of Gus Fring, 5) Patrick Fabian as Howard Hamlin,
6)Michael Mando as Nacho Varga, and
7)Tony Dalton as Lalo Salamanca.

Season 5 of Breaking Bad also featured a number of cameos from the characters of Breaking Bad. The cameos of Dean Norris and the late Robert Forster are few of the significant ones. We can expect a few more appearances like this before we approach the timeline of the series Breaking Bad. Fans are excited to see Bryan Cranston as Walter White and Aaron Paul as Jesse Pinkman in the sixth season of this prequel. While this has not been confirmed yet, it is one of the anticipated cameos.

Do we have the trailer to Better Call Saul Season 6?

As of now, no trailer is released. We cannot expect the new footages to arrive before 2021. You can stream Better Call Saul on AMC in the US and Netflix in the UK. Meanwhile, catch up with the trailer of the previous season.
