Reportedly, the DC next superhero film, ‘Wonder Woman 1984′, has been postponed as we all know. According to the report, now, Patty Jenkins’ Wonder Woman 1984 is finally set to release theaters on October 2, 2020. This is the new release date of the movie that has been confirmed by the director of the Film.
It is not the first time, when the release date of this film has been pushed, earlier, ‘Wonder Woman 1984’ was expected to hit in theaters November 2019, and it did not go as planned, and then due to COVID-19 pandemic, its release was further postponed to August 2020. But, finally, the Film has got a green signal to release the Film on October 2, 2020. It is the Warner Bros. film, which is featuring Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman/Diana Prince.
The delay in the release date of this upcoming superhero film, the Wonder Woman 1984, has been announced nonchalantly on Twitter. On the official account of Wonder Woman, it was announced that “Wonder Woman 1984 is coming to your favorite theater this fall. See it on October 2, 2020.”

Besides that, the lead actress of the upcoming action thriller, Gal Gadot, also expressed her excitement for the release of this film on her Instagram account, and she shared the calendar image of the Film and wrote, “The new release date for WW84 is October 2, 2020.” She is happy and excited that the release is finally happening. She thanks the fans for the wait and for being so patient with them. She also added that the Film WW84 would be worth the wait.

An upcoming DC Comics film WW84 is a sequel to the 2017 film Wonder Woman in which Gal Gadot and Chris Pine were featured as the lead actors. The DC next superhero film will have Gal Gadot as the eponymous superhero, and Bridesmaids actor Christen Wig will play the role of the main villain as Cheetah in the movie.
