One who prefer to eat pizzas with extra cheese or paratha with loads of butter, and who frequently eat meat, should start taking measures for Debates, because a new study, done by an international team of scientists has a bad news in store for you. According to the new clinical report, people who are addictive to eat meat and butter are more vulnerable to Type-2 Diabetes.

The study conducted by researchers at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in the US has detected that people who used to consume 12 grams butter per day have a two-fold higher risk of developing Type-2 diabetes. The case is also same with the eater of meat. More meat you eat, more prone you are to the risks of diabetes, warned the new study. The research, headed by Marta Guasch-Ferre, an analyst of the US-based Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health also highlighted that people who frequently eat fat-rich products like butter and meat are more susceptible to Type-2 diabetes. In these people, the risk of developing diabetes is double than those who avoid butter and meat.

As highlighted by the study, food stuff like meat, cheese, and butter that are rich in saturated fatty acids, animal fats, and trans fats, intake of which accelerate the risk of developing Type 2 diabetes. But in contrast to these high-fat items, people who used to consume whole-fat yoghurt are associated with a lesser risk of diabetes. Similarly, individuals who avoid animal fat items like meat and butter and prefer to eat plant-based diet products, which are rich in legumes, fruits and nuts, whole-grain cereals, and vegetables are found to have lower risks of developing diabetes in contrast to those who eat cheese, butter, and meat.
